Babies for Adoption - Market Demand

The Demand for Healthy Babies for Adoption

In the United States, the market for babies is growing. More people are experiencing infertility and waiting too long to start a family. Singles and gays also hope to adopt.

"Finding" a healthy infant for all these people to adopt is no miracle, but the result of a carefully planned-out strategy. In addition to federally-funded Infant Adoption Awareness Training designed to obtain more babies, we now have constant advertising (e.g., newspaper articles about the joy of "open adoption") for adoption and the media are being advised to use "positive adoption language" that is biased toward adopters over natural family. To prevent families being torn apart, language that is honest rather than biased toward adoption is needed.
